Important Notice Regarding Source Codes & Digital Products: Once a source code or digital product is sold and delivered, and it meets all the criteria, features, and functionalities as demonstrated in our live demos and product descriptions, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

1. Digital Products and Source Codes

At Digital Developers, we deal exclusively in digital goods, including downloadable source codes, scripts, and pre-built websites. Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, we maintain a strict No Refund policy for our marketplace products once the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded.

2. Conditions for Exceptions

We may consider issuing a refund only under the following extreme circumstances:

The product is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the core issue within 7 business days.
The product severely misrepresents the features shown in the demo, and the missing features cannot be provided via an update.
Your payment was processed multiple times accidentally due to a technical glitch on our AzamPay payment gateway.

3. Custom Services and Development

For custom service requests (e.g., custom web development, mobile apps), an initial deposit is required. If the project is canceled by the client after development has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover the time and resources already invested.

4. Dispute Resolution
