These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Digital Developers, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, marketplace, or digital service connected thereto.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. The source codes, scripts, and software sold in our marketplace may be used for your personal or commercial projects, but they may NOT be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as your own standalone digital product on other marketplaces without our explicit consent.
We use AzamPay as our primary payment gateway. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. All payments must be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or the accepted currencies provided by AzamPay.
Most marketplace products come with an included 6-month support guarantee. This covers bug fixes and guidance on standard usage. It does NOT cover heavy customizations or third-party server configuration errors unless a separate custom service contract is initiated.
